No key is necessary to access the house 2) There is a Keurig coffee maker & pods for your enjoyment as well as a regular coffee maker. 3) Please help yourself to the Snacks (Breakfast bars, Nuts, Chips & Drinks) in the pantry & refrigerator! 4) This Airbnb now has a composite, deck with a new dinette set that seats 6 people! 5) Please note that owners reside in the separate basement apartment (which has its own outside entrance).

You will have access to the main level and second story as well as to the new, larger deck directly off the kitchen and an inviting back yard with fire pit sitting area. Past guests have commented on how much they enjoyed having so much space (Approximately 2,400 sq ft). PARKING: You may park your cars in front of the two-car garage (do not block the single car garage. There is also room for one (smaller) car in the 2 car garage closest to the front door. Please do not park across the street anywhere near the fire hydrant as you could get a ticket/towed. The upscale neighborhood surrounding our Airbnb offers numerous "pocket parks" within walking distance with swings, slides and climbing structures for your kids enjoyment! Walk 15 minutes or drive 2 minutes through the neighborhood to Rita's Italian Ice - Frozen Custard, Ziggy's Coffee, Sasquatch Cookies, Jaks Tap Room and a variety of restaurants. All located less than a mile east of the Airbnb.
